Chef Jason will be continuing the tradition of gourmet food that locals and travelers have enjoyed at this Jasper dining destination for many years.  Our multiple course menu features a regional Canadian theme with tantalizing appetizers, wild game dishes and Canadian seafood, and the BEST DESSERTS IN TOWN.  Our menu is also almost entirely gluten free.
